We're Hiring! Process (Document) Server in Auckland

The Investigators New Zealand are looking to employ an experienced process server to serve documents in and around Auckland.
To be suitable:
You must have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
You must be someone who is confident with a calm and assertive manner. This does not mean you will be in confronting situations but you must be able to stay calm under pressure and be someone who approaches new people with ease.
You must have a full drivers license and your own transport, as you will be required to travel throughout the Auckland region
You cannot have any criminal convictions.
Their principal job is to deliver or "serve" legal documents to a defendant or person involved in a court case. So the work will primarily involve uplifting the documents from various client locations and serving them at the nominated address.
After serving any legal documents, process servers have to deliver actual evidence that the legal papers were served. The verification that is offered is referred to as an affidavit of service or proof of service, which must be sworn or affirmed and given to the individual or company who required the papers to be served.
This position would suit a law student, or person with related experience in this industry.
The job is solely based on commission per document, however every document will be paid, either if successfully served, or, if three attempts at delivering are made at different times. Commission per document is a flat fee of $65, with up to 15 documents for service each week. This will increase to $70 per document following a three month trial with increases following a proven track record.
Experience preferred.
